I had an amazing experience with Dr. Justin Castleberry at Mid South Hearing Aid Center in Statesboro, Ga yesterday. When I walked into his office, my left hearing aid had not worked at all since November 2023, and only intermittently since 2021. After performing the extensive hearing exam I requested, he said he would clean my hearing aids. Wow!!! (Never had this offered to me before!) My hearing aids looked brand new when he was finished. He found ear wax and other debris which he cleaned from my left hearing aid, as well as replacing filters etc. Who knew that a little wax in your hearing apparatus could cause such a problem??I went from not hearing a sound through my left hearing aid to the most blessed sounds I’d heard in months. Needless to say I now have a top notch audiologist with Dr. Castleberry who goes through all the steps to make sure his patient is getting the best care available. Your hearing is important to him. Office staff were fantastic. Very warm, friendly and accommodating! Loved everything about this visit. Thank you Dr. Castleberry and staff.
