Very friendly staff. Person doing test was an excellent communicator. The testing room was not available due to a water leak so not sure how accurate test was🤷♀️. Also the signage for the facility was non existent. I had to call to find the building. Overall I would go back when I decide what hearing aid works for me 🥰

So greatful I found Mid South Hearing, they are very thorough, friendly and have the know how. They work with your insurance company which is a plus. I arrived a little early, but was promptly greeted. My hearing test was completed efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable and kind. However, my insurance does not provide coverage for toning up hearing aides and I can’t afford new ones so I was disappointed in the outcome, but not the provider. He was kind and considerate and I deeply appreciated his honesty and clarity about my options.

The tests were easy to administer. Administrator was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the test results with clarity. Will probably get hearing aids due to my moderately diminished hearing capacity. He did a great job.
