They are new owners to my location in Athens. They seem to know what they are doing. I had a hearing aid issue still under warranty and they got it replaced for me. We decided to dove me a new hearing test since I haven't had one in 3 years so they could put new settings in my hearing aids. The new equipment was better than what the previous owner had and didn't take a long. So far so good. I happy with the results.

Great so far, the person at the front desk at the Athens office is very nice and friendly and appears to be knowledgeable with hearing aids. My only concern for the future is my aids are not made anymore and these are only 2 years old, whereas in the past they have lasted 5 and six years. I heard there will be a service charge of $50 for adjustments. I cannot afford such.

Bruce and Sam are very knowledgeable about all hearing aids. I am more than pleased with my pair of Audibel 1000 Via. If you are in need of hearing aids go to Bet Townsend. They will do more than any other vendor/audiologist that sells hearing aids. They help you carefully select the type of hearing aid that is best for your hearing loss. They will custom fit your hearing aids. They will program your hearing aids so that they will pair with your cell phone and you can bluetooth. They will service your hearing aids properly. Townsend does so much more than other stores that sell hearing aids. If your hearing is a priority go to Bet Townsend. I am a musician and a former school teacher. I need to hear correctly to continue to perform at high levels and I need to hear clearly those who are speaking to me. Thank you to Bet Townsend for an excellent product and excellent service.

Cannot say enough good things about the folks at Mid South Hearing Aid Center in Stateboro. I have had hearing aids for 7 years and lived in multiple states and this is the best I have found anywhere! I drive from Bluffton SC to go there, I know there are closer places but none better. Great service great advice, heck sometimes they do not even charge for visits. Bought my current hearing aids there and have been delighted with them. 5 stars indeed!

Tony, the new hearing doctor/technologist was very helpful. I had an issue with my hearing aids’ Bluetooth connection with my iPhone and he spent considerable time to fix the issue.

It’s been a Great place for hearing tests and hearing aids. They are informative and helpful no matter your hearing needs. I would recommend them to who ever have hearing needs.

I have had my hearing aids over a year now. I'm very pleased with them and especially the service I have gotten from Mid-South! Trenton has addressed any issues promptly and I am in the office about every 4/6 to just to get them checked out and serviced. I love the app that comes with these hearing aids. They are useful with more than just the hearing aids and I find them to be a big saling point to the product! You will not go wrong trading with Mid-South, give them a try!
