I made a appointment to have my Starkey hearing aids adjusted. The company that I purchased them from Is not here anymore. I selected MidSouth based the positive .reviews. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office. Sam made one adjustment and my speech clarity is very much improved. I have an appointment next week for a new hearing test. Excellent customer service.

They are new owners to my location in Athens. They seem to know what they are doing. I had a hearing aid issue still under warranty and they got it replaced for me. We decided to dove me a new hearing test since I haven't had one in 3 years so they could put new settings in my hearing aids. The new equipment was better than what the previous owner had and didn't take a long. So far so good. I happy with the results.

Great so far, the person at the front desk at the Athens office is very nice and friendly and appears to be knowledgeable with hearing aids. My only concern for the future is my aids are not made anymore and these are only 2 years old, whereas in the past they have lasted 5 and six years. I heard there will be a service charge of $50 for adjustments. I cannot afford such.

I went to Mid South because I knew I had a hearing problem. Boy did I! I failed the hearing exam miserably. Age really had taken its toll on me. The next visit I was given a pair of hearing aids and WOW! It was like the cotton was taken out of my ears. I could hear and understand so much better. Thank you Mid South for giving back to me a very important part of life. I only wish I had not waited so long.

The tests were easy to administer. Administrator was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the test results with clarity. Will probably get hearing aids due to my moderately diminished hearing capacity. He did a great job.
